Developing Leaders — Overview
Every year, since 2012 Logosdor has helped to train and equip about 100,000 childrens and youth ministry leaders.
Within a training ecosystem, our small team based in Australia trains people around the world who share the vision to see children, everywhere, walking with Christ.
Equipped, encouraged and led by the Holy Spirit, they take what they have learnt and train others. They create some new resources or adapt others, and the process continues exponentially.
Sometimes conducted face-to-face, training is now often ‘online’. The Logosdor team misses seeing old and new friends in person, but we have been excited about new opportunities for creativity and flexibility. We also praise God that many more people can participate ‘online’ (no need for visas or lengthy periods of travel).
